Zando Social Media Sweepstakes/Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
1. Sponsor. These sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) are sponsored by Zando, LLC (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility. Open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited.
Employees of Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, and agencies, and their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible.
3. Sweepstakes-Specific Details. Each Sweepstakes is conducted via a Zando social media post. The applicable post will specify the following details, which are incorporated into and form part of these Official Rules:
- Sweepstakes entry period (start and end date/time)
- How to enter
- Prize(s)
- Number of winners
- Winner notification method
- Any additional eligibility requirements or entry limits
By participating, you agree to the terms stated in both the applicable post and these Official Rules.
In the event of a conflict between the post and these Official Rules, the post will control solely with respect to Sweepstakes-specific details.
4. How to Enter. Follow the instructions in the applicable social media post during the stated Sweepstakes period. Limit one (1) entry per person unless otherwise stated in the applicable post.
5. Winner Selection and Notification. Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the applicable Sweepstakes period.
Winners will be notified as described in the applicable post. If a winner does not respond within a reasonable time period (as determined by Sponsor), an alternate winner may be selected.
6. Prizes. Prize details, including description, quantity, and approximate retail value (if applicable), will be set forth in the applicable social media post.
Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent will be made except at Sponsor’s discretion.
7. Odds of Winning. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for the applicable Sweepstakes.
8. General Conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify any Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity of the Sweepstakes.
9. Release and Limitation of Liability. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Instagram, and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or the receipt or use of any prize.
10. Instagram Disclaimer. Each Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
11. Privacy. Information collected in connection with a Sweepstakes will be used for its administration and in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy.
12. Governing Law. All Sweepstakes are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13. Winners List. For the name(s) of winner(s), send a request to community@zandoprojects.com within 30 days following the end of the applicable Sweepstakes.
