TJ Ohler is an Editor at Zando, acquiring across genres and age categories with a focus on adult horror, mystery/thriller, and romance. They are particularly drawn to genre-bending stories that challenge expectations, amplify diverse voices, and explore the darkness within and around us.
Prior to joining Zando, TJ worked as a literary assistant at Andrea Brown Literary Agency and as a bookseller and assistant store manager at Books of Wonder in New York City. At Zando, they have worked on projects including I am Okay to Feel, The Dark We Know, Celestial Banquet, Honeysuckle and Bone, and The Burial Tide, and have acquired titles such as See You at the Finish Line and These Kindred Hearts.
TJ is on the hunt for adult horror, complex relationship thrillers, and romances unafraid to push genre into new territory.
