Nicole Otto is a Senior Editor at Zando, acquiring romance for Slowburn and developing original content for Zando Projects. She focuses on fiction rooted in character, emotional nuance, and commercial hooks.
Her projects include Nightshade, A Vow in Vengeance, Heir of Illusion, and The Very Definition of Love. Prior to joining Zando, Nicole worked at Macmillan, where she acquired Adalyn Grace’s New York Times Bestselling debut All the Stars and Teeth and served as associate editor on Leigh Bardugo’s King of Scars. She later moved to Realm, where she developed audio fiction including award-winning series: Roanoke Falls, executive produced by John Carpenter; Power Trip, starring Tatiana Maslany; and The Sisters, starring Mae Whitman. She has also collaborated with major entertainment studios including HBO and Paramount.
