Nathalie Ramirez joined Zando in 2021 as the company’s first marketing hire, helping define the publisher’s brand in its first five years. She launched ten imprints, led campaigns for six #1 New York Times Bestsellers, and developed distinct social audiences for Slowburn and SJP Lit.
Prior to Zando, Nathalie led brand partnerships at Urban Outfitters, and creative strategy for clients such as American Express and Target during her time at PAPER Magazine’s in-house agency. She is a graduate of Claremont McKenna College and the Columbia Publishing Course.
At Zando, she focuses on building fandom, expanding cultural reach, and translating editorial vision into high-impact campaigns that meet readers where they are.
