Jim Grau

Head of Growth & Strategy

Jim Grau joined Zando in April 2025 with more than 15 years of experience helping build and scale creative companies. Most recently, he spent five years at Spotify as Head of Podcast Operations, where he helped stand up and grow one of the largest podcast businesses in the industry. Prior to Spotify, Jim led finance and operations at Gimlet Media, scaling the company through the early days of podcasting and co-leading its sale to Spotify in 2019.

Earlier in his career, Jim was a management consultant at the Boston Consulting Group, advising media companies on corporate development and digital transformation during a pivotal era of industry change.

At Zando, Jim brings deep operational expertise and a track record of turning creative momentum into sustainable growth. He received his MBA from London Business School and his BS from Stanford University, and lives on the Upper West Side with his wife and two daughters.
