Opening Hour Giveaway Official Rules

Open Hour Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by Zando, LLC (the “Sponsor”), 99 Hudson St, 4th Floor, New York, NY 10013.
No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
The Giveaway begins on August 12, 2026 at 5:00pm ET and ends on August 12, 2026 at 6:00pm ET.
The Giveaway is open only to attendees who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry and who attend the Event. Void where prohibited by law.
The prizes are custom XL denim jackets with original patches, with an approximate retail value of $150. A total of 5 prizes will be awarded. Prizes may not be redeemed for cash or substituted by the winner. Limit one (1) entry per person unless otherwise announced.
To participate in the Giveaway, a participant must: (1) attend Barnes & Noble Union Square Launch for The Butcher Legacy (the “Event”) on August 12, 2026 at 5:00pm ET; (2) obtain a raffle ticket from event coordinators before 6:00pm ET.
Winners of the Giveaway will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received at approximately 6:00pm ET. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Winners must be present at the time of the drawing and claim the prize within five (5) minutes of announcement, or the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.
The Giveaway may end upon the earlier of (i) the scheduled end time or (ii) the award and claim of all available prizes.
By participating in the Giveaway, each participant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any liability arising out of their participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
Sponsor’s decisions regarding all aspects of the Giveaway are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, venue closure, weather, public health concerns, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway.
