SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES: By participating in the Sweepstakes, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and represent that you satisfy all of the eligibility requirements below. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win a prize in the Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes void where prohibited by law. Subject to all federal, state, and local laws regulations, and ordinances.
- Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open only to individuals who are legal U.S. residents residing in the 50 United States and the District of Columbia and who are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is older). To be eligible to win a prize, entries must be completed and received by Sponsor in the manner and format designated below.
- Sweepstakes Period: Entries for this Sweepstakes must be received during the Sweepstakes Period identified on Sponsor’s Instagram post and meet other requirements in these Official Rules to be eligible to win a prize. Sponsor is the official timekeeper for the Sweepstakes. During the Sweepstakes Period, Sponsor will post daily separate sweepstakes. Entries made during the Sweepstakes Period are valid only for the particular daily sweepstakes posting and do not roll over into other daily sweepstakes during the Sweepstakes Period or any future sweepstakes posted by Sponsor after the Sweepstakes Period.
- How to Enter: To enter, during the Sweepstakes Period, complete any of the following methods of entry for a Sweepstakes entry:
Instagram Method of Entry: (i) log into your Instagram account at www.Instagram.com; (ii) follow @zandoprojects; (iii) like the daily sweepstakes post, and (iv) comment on the daily sweepstakes post.
Other Methods of Entry: From time to time, Sponsor may offer additional methods of entry for a sweepstakes. Follow the instructions specified by Sponsor or its designee for entry.
Limited to one entry per person per daily sweepstake during the Sweepstakes Period regardless of method of entry. Any attempt to obtain additional entries, including through multiple or duplicate accounts will result in disqualification.
- Identity of Entrant: All entries must be submitted by the individual entran Bulk or automated entries will be disqualified. A potential winner may be required to provide Sponsor with proof that such potential winner is the authorized holder of the account associated with the winning entry.
- Selection of Winner: At the end of the Sweepstakes Period, Sponsor will select the name of one potential winner from elegible entries received during the Sweepstake Period in a random drawing among all eligible entries The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Each potential winner will be notified via DM on their Instagram account. Each potential winner may be required to provide their name, address, email address and phone number to Sponsor to enable fulfilment of the Prize. The winner’s name and social media username may be posted on the social media profiles of Sponsor after the winner has been selected. If the potential winner does not provide the requested information within [seven] days, or if winner is otherwise unable to accept the prize as stated, the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner selected through an alternate drawing for that day’s prize, time permitting. Sponsor reserves the right to verify an entrant’s eligibility, in which case entrant is not a winner of the prize unless and until entrant’s eligibility has been verif Sponsor will post a winner list on its Instagram page.
- Prize. For each daily sweepstake during the Sweepstakes Period, one winner will receive the prize identified for that day’s sweepstake posted on Sponsor’s Instagram page (available prizes will vary). The combined total approximate retail value of all prizes may vary but is less than $5,000 in any event. All federal, state and local taxes associated with the receipt or use of any prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitutions or exchanges (including for cash) of prize are permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value for any prize. Only the stated number of prizes are available to be won in the sweepstakes. Prizes are awarded “AS IS” and without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
- Privacy: By participating, you agree to Sponsor’s privacy policy regarding how Sponsor collects, uses and discloses your information.
- Modification. In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond Sponsor’s control, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the sweepstakes or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.
- Release. By entering the sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to indemnify, and release and hold harmless, Sponsor, any provider of a prize in the sweepstakes, Instagram, and each of their respective affiliates, from any liability that may occur from participation in the sweepstakes and/or use of a prize. Sponsor’s decisions, including, but not limited to, selection of winners and substitution of prizes, cannot be appealed.
