Zando Projects (“Zando”) Privacy Policy applies to personal information obtained by Zando, including through web sites, mobile sites, applications (“apps”), widgets and trade shows (collectively, the “Services”). This policy describes the types of personal information we obtain about users of our Services, how we use the information and with whom we share it. We also describe the measures we take to protect the security of the information and how you can contact us about our privacy practices. The Services are for a general audience, are not targeted to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age.

The providers of third-party apps, tools, social media platforms, widgets and plug-ins on the Services, such as social media sharing tools, also may use automated means to collect information regarding your interactions with these features. This information is collected directly by the providers of those features and is subject to the privacy policies or notices of those providers. Zando is not responsible for those providers’ information practices, including any third party operating any website or service to which the Services link.


We and our service providers may use the Personal Information to:

  • Send promotional materials, alerts regarding available offers and other communications, including communications through the Services and outside of the Services, such as via email and through third-party websites and apps.
  • Communicate about, and administer participation in, special events, promotions, programs, offers, surveys, contests, and market research.
  • Respond to inquiries from you and other third-parties, including inquiries from law enforcement agencies.
  • Supplement your personal information collected from you with additional information from publicly and commercially available sources, and/or information from affiliates and business partners.

  • Service providers in the US and other jurisdictions who perform services on our behalf.

The Services are published in the United States. We attempt to protect the Personal Information of all users of the Services and we attempt to comply with local data protection and consumer rights laws to the extent they may apply to the Services, but the Services are located and targeted to United States citizens and our policies are directed at compliance with those laws. If you are uncertain whether this policy conflicts with the applicable local privacy laws where you are located, you should not submit your Personal Information to Zando, its affiliates or any third-party service provider.

If you are located outside the United States, you should be aware that your Personal Information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, the laws of which may have different levels of privacy protection from your country. Unfortunately, no data transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. The Effective Date at the top of this policy indicates when this policy was last revised. Any changes will become effective when we post the revised Privacy Policy.
